The origin of Cheetah B's
A FAMILY NICKNAME THAT FOUND ITS WAY
INTO SOMETHING BIGGER
Long before Cheetah B's was a restaurant, it was a nickname given to owner, Ashley Bachman, when she was little girl. Her mother always called her "Cheetah Bear." When Ashley turned 16, her mother surprised her with a personalized vanity plate for her car. However, there was not enough room on the plate to fit "Cheetah Bear," so instead she shortened it to CHEETAH B.
Ashley kept that same vanity plate for many years, and somewhere along the way, Cheetah B naturally became a nickname that stuck. Many friends and family members all know Ashley as Cheetah B. Years later, when it came time to choose a name for the restaurant, several ideas and options were on the table. However, one name stood out above all the rest: Cheetah B's. The name is not only different; It's personal. Most importantly, it already had a story.
